Let’s just call this post, Funk Of Fresh Air.

I’d like to introduce you to the future of funk…in MY humble opinion.  She is not just the future, she’s the present and the past.  I just love how FREE this woman is with her expression…she’s fearless. Riding the beat, driving it as well.  This track makes me think Cameo-meets-Grace Jones-meets-Betty Davis, all of the above dirty.

What MOST excites me about AMALIA is she’s a fellow Canadian!! YES!  Originally from Vancouver, but she’s been residing in Sweden for the last little while.  In the new year, Amalia and I will be sitting down for a little chat, look out for it.

Touched for the very first time…

For the month of December, “Place Called Grace” will be touching virgin ears for the very first time on Virgin America’s In-Flight Airplay/Entertainment.  So, if you’re travelling on Virgin Airlines during December, visiting your family for the holidays and whatnot, tune in and check it out!

We’re excited to be coming back to Europe!  We’ll be rawking and funking out to tracks off of (S)Cream!  You’ll also be able to go home with your own autographed copy of the album!  So, check the calendar for where we are and when we’re there…the rest is up to you!
